ESG Sustainable Development Committee
On March 13, 2023, the company formally established the ESG Sustainable Development Committee, a functional committee under the Board of Directors. The committee consists of the General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and three independent directors. Chaired by the General Manager, the committee meets at least once a year and regularly reports its performance and future plans to the Board of Directors. Annual ESG topics and the Sustainability Report are also submitted to the Board for review and approval.
Internally, the company has set up a dedicated "ESG Sustainable Development Center" and "ESG Sustainable Development Implementation Team" to implement sustainability strategies and initiatives. These units regularly review the achievement of targets and sustainability performance, reporting the results to the ESG Sustainable Development Committee and the Board of Directors.
In 2023, a total of 2 meetings were held. The agenda included reporting the results of the 2022 greenhouse gas inventory, stakeholder communication outcomes, annual plans for sustainability development, and progress updates on their implementation.
